Item availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes made will be shown in both your order total and shipping confirmation. If the size you were looking for in a certain style did not
show up in the size chart this, indicates that we are out of that size. If you want to see when the next shipment for that style is arriving please send us a message at customerservice@denimrack.com including company name style # and size needed and we will get back to you on our next delivery date.

How can I track my order
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at any time by clicking on the link with your tracking number for a current status.

Shipping and Handling
Guidelines
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 24 hours. All orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. denimrack uses UPS and USPS for all deliveries. Most all orders ship same day or the following day.

Returns & Exchanges
Denimrack wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 21 days from receipt of items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED, and with all original tags attached.
DENIMRACK NOW OFFERS FREE RETURNS ON ALL STYLES. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE CLEARANCE ITEMS AS THEY ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
- NON-SALE MERCHANDISE may be returned within 21 days from receipt of item.
- SALE MERCHANDISE may be returned for a store credit only and must be returned within 21 days. (NOTE: A SALE Item is a discount 30% or less)
- CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE is NON-REFUNDABLE. (NOTE: CLEARANCE merchandise is a discount greater than 30%).

Please be sure to fill out all of the information on the return form. After your return request is received and processed, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label that will be sent to you via e-mail. Denimrack will refund the full purchase price of the jeans once the item has been received and inspected at our fulfillment center.

Please use original box and wrapping the product arrived in, if in acceptable condition.
Denimrack will refund the full purchase price of the jeans and all shipping charges:
- If the wrong item was shipped to you
- A defective product was shipped to you
- All claims of problem orders must be made within 5 days of receipt.
Exchange Policy
In the event you need to make an exchange for a different size, simply place a new order for the correct size and return the other one. This will speed the process of getting you the correct size by not waiting for the return to process before your correct size is on it's way to you.
When do I get my credit
Once your package has been received at denimrack.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from denimrack.com.

You only need to register on Denimrack if you are making a purchase. By registering you are initiating an account that only you may access. You may access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Only you will have access to this information.
