• NON-SALE MERCHANDISE may be returned within 21 days from receipt of item.
• SALE MERCHANDISE may be returned for a store credit only and must be returned within 21 days. (NOTE: A SALE Item is a discount 30% or less)
• CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE is NON-REFUNDABLE. (NOTE: CLEARANCE merchandise is a discount greater than 30%).

Please be sure to fill out all of the information on the return form. After your return request is received and processed, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label that will be sent to you via e-mail. Denimrack will refund the full purchase price of the jeans once the item has been received and inspected at our fulfillment center.

Denimrack will refund the full purchase price of the jeans and all shipping charges:

• If the wrong item was shipped to you
• A defective product was shipped to you
• All claims of problem orders must be made within 5 days of receipt.

Exchange Policy

In the event you need to make an exchange for a different size, simply place a new order for the correct size and return the other one. This will speed the process of getting you the correct size by not waiting for the return to process before your correct size is on it's way to you.

When do I get my credit

Once your package has been received at denimrack.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from denimrack.com.
